This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (DSS) using Google Spreadsheets with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to support marketing strategy formulation.This study employed the action research method, consisting of the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The Decision Support System (DSS) was implemented using Google Spreadsheets integrated with Google Apps Script. The system was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involving ten respondents, consisting of computer experts, marketing management experts, an administrator, and general respondents. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was applied to generate preference values and product rankings based on five criteria.The results showed that the implementation of the Decision Support System (DSS) successfully integrated the company's operational data, including sales, inventory, and customer data, into a single platform. The system also generated product rankings and marketing strategy recommendations that assisted the company in formulating its marketing strategy. Furthermore, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) evaluation achieved an average score of 91.4% in Cycle II, which was categorized as Excellent, indicating that the system was easy to use and beneficial for users.
