Employee performance is a critical factor for organizational advancement, including in educational institutions such as vocational schools. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at SMK Permata Bunda 1 Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 30 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling (census) technique, covering all teachers, administrative staff, operators, and cleaning staff. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 3.063; sig. = 0.005), work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 4.585; sig. = 0.000), and simultaneously both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 10.337; sig. = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.434, indicating that work motivation and work environment jointly explain 43.4% of the variance in employee performance.
