Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how big the impact of compensation, job satisfaction and leadership on the performance of company employees in the midst of an effort to survive the prolonged covid pandemic conditions. The method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents from 100 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and t test. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) show that the variables of job satisfaction (X2) and Leadership (X3) have no effect on performance. Because based on the results of the analysis that affects performance only compensation (X1), then to improve employee performance, what needs to be done is to improve compensation indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak ekonomi dari kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Bersakala Besar (PSBB) dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) di tengah upaya menurunkan laju pandemi Covid-19 yang tersebar di masyarakat. Kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) diharapkan mampu menekan laju penyebaran virus covid 19 yang semakin memprihatinkan. Untuk itu diharapkan semua pihak dan elemen masyarakat dapat bekerjasama dengan baik agar kebijakan ini dapat berjalan maksimal sehingga pemulihan berbagai macam aspek, tidak terkecuali denganaspek ekonomi akan segera terwujud. PPKM ini tentunya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan yang akan dibahas dalam analisis SWOT untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap keberhasilan dari kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out what factors caused an economic recession and the potential for an economic recession as a result of the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic. Various strategies are launched, policies are implemented, socialization is carried out until slogans are echoed so that Indonesia can recover faster and rise stronger. For this reason, it is hoped that all parties and elements of society can work well together so that this policy package can run optimally so that the recovery of various aspects, especially the economic aspect, must be immediately restored. These economic recession factors will be reviewed in a SWOT analysis to provide an overview of the success and anticipation of the policies taken by the government

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much the Indonesian wedding industry has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia recently. The Indonesian wedding industry is slowly but surely recovering, meaning that the growth of the country's wedding industry has increased. One of the factors indicating an increase in this industry is the factor of Indonesia's population growth which has increased. Various strategies were announced, policies were implemented, outreach was carried out until the slogan was echoed so that Indonesia could recover faster and rise stronger. Another effort that is no less made is the many activities of Indonesian wedding exhibitions with various concepts held periodically throughout the year. Starting from the concept of traditional marriage, national to international. For this reason, it is hoped that all parties and elements of society can work together well so that it can run optimally so that the recovery of various aspects, especially the economic aspects that must be restored immediately and the national economy revives. The rise of the Indonesian wedding industry will be reviewed in a SWOT analysis to provide an overview of the increase in the Indonesian wedding industry and its impact on the national economy.

Abstract

Performance is a working activity conducted by the employees in a timeframe that had already designed for their evaluation. One of the factors that utilized as a background is the mood. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of mood toward Mbizmarket staff’s performance in PT Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are five staffs in PT Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya. The outcome of this research shows that both internal and external factors within inner self of employees also form their mood in their working days. Mood has a characteristic component which is attached on every individual. The majority of Mbizmarket’s staffs had already built tendency to experience particular mood by the rolling of time suitable to the internal and external factors. The staffs have various moods based on time and day. Therefore, most of them follow the same frequent patterns from social creature’s natural behavior according to their interaction patterns.

Abstract

Employees are an essential asset for a company. With employees, the company would operate at all. Therefore, sound resource management is needed, one of which is holding employee training. Bad management can have fatal consequences for a company if employees cannot do their work well. Then, many tasks will pile up and need to be completed quickly. Carrying out employee training will help employees to increase work productivity. This research was conducted to determine the employee training and Development form carried out at PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia. Training and Development are critical in managing human resources in an institution, company, or organization. Human resources are an indicator of success for the survival of an organization or company. Hence, training and Development are essential for employees to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Training provides specific knowledge and skills needed in the current job, while Development focuses on improving long-term knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and personality traits. Training is a process to improve employee abilities in specific jobs according to organizational needs and is carried out quickly. On the other hand, Development has a broader scope, aiming to prepare individuals to take on higher or different responsibilities in the organization. This second element is an investment in the organization, ensuring that employees have the skills necessary for effective and efficient performance. Analysis of employee training and Development (in-house training) for August – September 2023 at PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia to provide an overview of employee performance at the company.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has driven the need for fast and efficient services in business activities, including in financial institutions like Islamic banks. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with the operational services of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tangerang Cikupa 1. Through a three-month Field Work Practice (PKL) program in the Frontliner section, the researcher observed challenges in the operational service processes, including long queues, customer confusion, and incomplete documentation. Based on these observations, several solutions were proposed, such as increasing operational staff, providing better guidance for customers, and ensuring the completeness of required documents. These recommendations aim to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. The findings contribute valuable insights into the operational service processes of Islamic banks, particularly in addressing customer concerns and improving service efficiency

Abstract

In managing network quality of service (QoS), this research uses the Fibonacci pattern to optimize delay control and bandwidth allocation. QoS is very important in contemporary network management, especially considering the increasing demand for stable and effective data services. This study prioritizes data based on traffic levels using a Fibonacci algorithm simulation. Each priority is assigned a value corresponding to the Fibonacci sequence, which allows for resource allocation that is more in line with network load.The simulation was conducted under normal and overload conditions. The research results show that conventional methods, such as round-robin and weighted fair queuing, can improve QoS efficiency with the Fibonacci pattern by up to 15%. This improvement primarily focuses on managing important data packets such as real-time communication and video streaming, and reducing latency. Additionally, this technique is better at adapting to traffic changes.The research results show that the Fibonacci pattern can be an innovative method for managing network QoS, especially for complex priority needs. By using the Fibonacci pattern as a data priority management technique, this research helps improve network quality of service (QoS). This method is capable of improving bandwidth allocation efficiency and reducing latency by up to 15% compared to conventional approaches such as Round-Robin and Weighted Fair Queuing. The main contribution of this research is to offer a new approach based on Fibonacci patterns that can be adapted to the dynamics of network traffic.

Abstract

CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa surat kapal yaitu layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan) di CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara yang meliputi harga dan kualitas pelayanan (variabel independen) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (variabel dependen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan/konsumen pengguna layanan jasa penerbitan SIPI (Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan) di CV Sumber Mina Rejeki Jakarta Utara. Sedangkan responden atau sampelnya berjumlah 40 responden. Sampling data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan uji analisis data yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik data yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji linier berganda, uji hipotesis yaitu ada uji T dan uji F, serta ada uji koefesien determinasi (R2). Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif data dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Dari hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa variabel harga B1: 0.361, kualitas pelayanan B2: 0.279. Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) menggunakan nilai r square sebesar 0.930. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa variabel yang diteliti variabel harga (X1) dan variabel yang kualitas pelayanan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y)  sebesar 92,6 % sementara sisanya 7,4 % dipengaruhi variabel yang diteliti. Dari hasil perhitungan uji f bahwa secara simultan variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 dan f hitung 245,559 > f tabel 3.245. Untuk variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen adalah harga.

Abstract

Kelurahan adalah tempat kerja lurah sebagai perangkat daerah yang merupakan perangkat yang mempunyai tanggung jawab di bawah camat. Kelurahan sendiri memiliki tanggung jawab pemerintahan yang diberikan oleh camat dan melakukan tugas pemerintahan lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang ada. Pengolahan sistem informasi pelayanan yang dilakukan secara manual akan memakan waktu yang lama karena adanya data yang harus dicatat dan diproses berulang kali baik secara harian maupun bulanan dan biasa terjadi kesalahan karena kurang teliti sehingga informasi menjadi terlambat dan kurang efisien. Metode penelitian dalam penyusunan skripsi adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka dengan metode analisisnya berupa analisis kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja dapat berpengaruh secara simultan. Sebuah kelurahan pasti membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola pelayanan kependudukan pada kelurahan. Karena kelurahan juga merupakan salah satu sentra dalam pembuatan sistem informasi. Kelurahan Poris Plawad Tangerang merupakan salah satu contoh kelurahan yang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan berupa sistem informasi yang menangani tentang sistem informasi pelayanan kependudukan pindah, meninggal, datang, kelahiran, dll. Dengan dilakukannya hal tersebut maka dampak yang diperoleh dalam sistem informasi pelayanan adalah rendahnya risiko kesalahan sistem sehingga tidak terjadinya informasi bermasalah
