Of the total number of chronic kidney failure patients, only 25% receive treatment, and only 12.5% of those are effectively treated. This study aims to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on fatigue levels in patients with chronic kidney failure at RSHD Bengkulu City in 2025. This research employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 71 patients with chronic kidney failure. Univariate analysis before the PMR intervention showed that the majority of respondents (54.9%) experienced severe fatigue, while after the intervention, most respondents (59.2%) experienced mild fatigue. Bivariate analysis revealed a statistically significant effect of PMR on fatigue levels in patients with chronic kidney failure (p = 0.000). The study concludes that progressive muscle relaxation has a significant impact on reducing fatigue in chronic kidney failure patients. It is recommended that patients practice PMR regularly as a non-pharmacological method to reduce fatigue caused by hemodialysis
