Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, leadership behavior, and organizational commitment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Magetan Regency Land Office. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. The study utilized a total population sample of 30 employees, selected via the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t = 2.261; p = 0.032), leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t = 3.739; p = 0.001), and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t = 2.931; p = 0.007). The F-test confirms the model's validity (F = 10.653; p = 0.000), while an Adjusted R² of 0.500 indicates that the three independent variables explain 50% of the variation in OCB. These findings reinforce Social Exchange Theory and highlight the importance of job satisfaction, supportive and communicative leadership behavior, and organizational commitment in fostering employees' extra-role contributions.
