This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. The population in this study consists of XL Smart employees in Dompu and Bima Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 50 people, taken from the population, or all employees. The type of data in this study is quantitative, and the instruments used for data collection are observation and questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS version 4.0. Research results show that work-life balance affects employee performance, work-life balance affects organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior affects employee performance, and work-life balance affects employee performance through the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior.
