<![CDATA[Kemawi Village has significant avocado potential that can be developed as a community economic resource. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge and skills in avocado seedling propagation and encourage product diversification through downstream processing. The activity was conducted in Kemawi Village, Sumowono District, Semarang Regency, from June to August 2026, with the main training held on July 11, 2026, involving 22 participants from farmer groups and Women Farmers' Groups (KWT). The activities included coordination, identification of partner potential and challenges, preparation, pre-test, training, hands-on practice, post-test, and mentoring. Seedling propagation training covered soil media, the toothpick technique, and grafting using scions from Pluang (Kali Bening), Kendil, and SAB 034 varieties. Downstream processing training focused on producing herbal tea from leaves, crackers from fruit pulp, and crispy brownies using seed flour. The activity provided practical experience and introduced an avocado value chain approach from seedling production to processed products. The mentoring results indicated increased practical experience and opportunities to utilize avocado parts that previously had limited economic value. Integrating seedling propagation and downstream processing has the potential to diversify community income, reduce waste, and strengthen the local economy of Kemawi Village. Further mentoring is needed for product standardization, packaging, legal compliance, branding, and market access.]]>
