Patient dissatisfaction with nursing services may reduce healthcare visits and willingness to seek treatment at primary health centers. Patient satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including responsiveness, competence, communication, and reliability of nurses. This study aimed to analyze factors associated with patient satisfaction toward nursing services at Teluk Sebong Primary Health Center. An analytical survey with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 87 respondents selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed statistically. The results showed that responsiveness (p=0.004), competence (p=0.000), communication (p=0.001), and reliability (p=0.000) were significantly associated with patient satisfaction. Improving these aspects of nursing service quality can enhance patient satisfaction.
