<![CDATA[The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia decreased from 24.4% (2021) to 21.65% (2022) and 21.5% (2023). In Central Java, the prevalence in 2022 was 20.8%, with Purworejo Regency at 21.3%. In the Cangkrep Primary Health Center area, stunting prevalence reached 9.1% (104 children) in August, yet educational activities have not utilized video media. This study aimed to analyze the improvement in mothers’ knowledge and attitudes through video-based health education on stunting. A quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach was used involving 35 mothers (total sampling). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant improvement in knowledge and attitudes (p = 0.000 < 0.05).
