Abstract

Stimulasi dini perlu diberikan kepada anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Keterlambatan perkembangan awal dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan anak di masa depan, sehingga diperlukan alat permainan edukatif berupa flashcard dalam menstimulasi perkembangan bahasa anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas media gambar flashcard dalam perkembangan bahasa anak usia 3-4 tahun. Metode penelitian ini kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah anak usia 3-4 tahun di 8 kelompok bermain Magelang utara. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan proportionate random sampling. Intervensi dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan selama 40 menit. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media gambar flashcard efektif menstimulasi sebesar 6 kali lipat. Penggunaan media flashcard dapat membantu penyampaian informasi sehingga mempermudah penerimaan pesan dalam hal berkomunikasi lisan, pemahaman huruf vokal dan angka 1-10. Stimulasi dini sangat penting sehingga diharapkan orang tua dan guru untuk sering melakukan stimulasi setiap saat. Diperlukan pengenalan huruf vokal maupun konsonan, agar perkembangan bahasa lebih optimal.

Abstract

Almost 90% labor experiencing perineal laceration grade II ie wound on the back of the vaginal wall muscle experiencing perineal laceration, but has not reached the anal sphincter. It has an impact on pain or pain during walking, The cause of perineal pain one of them is the lack of early mobilization by the mother, due to pain so afraid to move. Research with respondents mothers who have ruptured perineum grade II Hospital Tidar with a sample of 30 respondents. Showed no correlation results suture perineal pain level grade II with early mobilization 2 hours post partum mothers. Early mobilization resulting in blood circulation and oxygenation of scar tissue becomes better, which stimulates the release of hormones endorphins are helpful to reduce pain. It is expected that health staff nurse midwife or family able to guide and accompany postpartum mothers in particular who had stitches due perineal laceration to perform early mobilization since 2 hours postpartum by moving the arms, legs, move circle ankle, heel lifts, make rilek shank, bend and shifting feet, followed by the right and left oblique, and learn to sit , next learn to walk.

Abstract

Konsep Asuhan Continuity of Care (CoC) merupakan suatu asuhan yang diberikan secara berkesinambungan dari masa hamil sampai dengan pelaksanaan Keluarga Berencana (KB) sebagai upaya dalam penurunan AKI dan AKB. Program One Student One Client (OSOC) merupakan program yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai salah satu usaha untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu di Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan Posttest Only With Control Group Design. Penelitian melibatkan 30 ibu hamil TM III. Instrument menggunakan WHOQOL-BREF untuk menilai 4 domain. Uji statistic menggunakan Man-Whitney. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh pendampingan terhadap semua domain kualitas hidup ibu hamil , domain fisik rata – rata sebesar 21,53 p value 0,000, domain psikologis rata – rata sebesar 19,30 p value 0,001, domain sosial rata – rata sebesar 20,56 p value adalah 0,000, domain lingkungan rata – rata sebesar 20,40 p value 0,002. Pendampingan yang intensive pada ibu hamil dengan model Contiuty of Care (CoC) perlu diteruskan dan diperlukan pengembangan program kerjasama dan bersinergi dengan institusi pendidikan melalui program OSOC.

Abstract

Background: Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain was one of the most common complaints in young women who come to the clinic or doctor. As many as 90% of Indonesian women had experienced menstrual pain. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to reduce menstrual pain, one of them was by used the acupressure technique. The purpose of this study was to Determine Whether acupressure was effective in reducing menstrual pain.Methods: The type of research used quasy-experiment. This study used the One Pretest-Posttest Group design. The total samples taken in this study were 31 female students of SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The Data collected in this study was primary data. The sampling technique used Accidental-Sampling. The statistical test used the Wilcoxon test.Results: The results of this study indicate that there was an effect of acupressure effective in reducing menstrual pain in SMK Negeri 1 Rembang with a value of p value 0,000.Conclusion: From the results of this study it was expected that the female students of make acupressure technique as a way to reduce menstrual pain.

Abstract

Background: During the first trimester of pregnancy prenatal care, detection and prevention of complications need to be done so that it can be addressed immediately. In preventing pregnancy complications, midwives are expected to act as facilitators and can build persuasive communication. One strategy of midwives in building persuasive communication is by providing health education.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education by snakes and ladders game toward knowledge level about complications prevention among high risk pregnant women at first trimester.Methods: This research was conducted in the working area of Kedu Community Health Center-Temanggung Regency. The study was Pre Experimental design with One Group Pretest Posttest. The population was pregnant women at high risk of first trimester. Saturated sampling was done, leading to 34 respondents. Wilcoxon test was applied with p0.05.Results : The test resulted in p value of 0.000 ( 0.05). It meant that health education by using snakes and ladders game influenced the knowledge level about complications prevention among high risk pregnant women at first trimester.Conclusion: It can be infered that knowledge level about complications prevention was influenced by health education by using snakes and ladders game. Snakes and ladders game can be chosen as a way of health education that can increase the activity of participants.

Abstract

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is 55% in productive age, 15% of them complain of limited activity due to dysmenorrhea. Forms the results of a preliminary study conducted, it's showed that the results of interviews with young women showed that 60% of adolescents experienced dysmenorrhea, 20% sometimes, and 20% did not experience dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is a problem for teenagers in carrying out their daily activities, especially in the learning process.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of green tea and moringa tea on reducing the level of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescentsMethods: This design of research uses a quasi-experimental approach with a two-group pretest-posttest design approach. The population 40  and  sample 32 respondents with an accidental sampling technique.Results: In this study, it was found that moringa is effective in reducing the pain of dysmenorrhea. With the results of the Mann-Whitney test p-value = 0.031. moringa tea more effective than green teaConclusion: . In this study, it is hoped that adolescents can optimize non-pharmacological therapy by consuming moringa tea to reduce dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Background: Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) or Inspeksi Visual Asam asetat (IVA) in Indonesian is a visual test using an acidic solution of vinegar and iodine Lugol solution on the cervix and sees the color change after it is smeared. Advantages IVA Tests are easy, inexpensive, effective, results can be instantly known, and the way is very simple.Purpose: to determine the factors associated with the participation of IVA tests in couples of childbearing age. The benefits of the study may have an effect to support the participation of IVA tests in couples of childbearing age.Methods: Type of research used in this research Analitic. Cross-sectional design used. Univariate analysis to know the frequency distribution of each variable. Bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank test. The population of 303 EFA, Determining the sample with slovin to 75 respondents. The sampling technique uses the proportional stratified random sampling, and the way sampling by computerization.Results: Based on the results of research enough knowledge level of 56% (42 respondents). Attitudes that agree with the participation of the IVA test is 62.7% (47 respondents), husband support IVA test that is 54.7% (41 respondents), health support worker IVA test that is 64% (48 respondents), respondents get access to information 53.3% (40 respondents), respondents who are willing to follow the IVA test is 65.3% (49 respondents). In Spearman Rank test there is a relationship between knowledge level with IVA test participation, ρ (0.048). There is no relationship between attitude with IVA test participation, ρ (0,145). There is a relationship between the support of the husband with the participation of the IVA test, ρ (0.000). There is no correlation between the support of health personnel with the participation of the IVA test, ρ (0407).Conclusion: Based the results of the study is expected Midwives support and improve counseling about the IVA test, respondents can increase of knowledge about IVA test information and husband always support the wife.

Abstract

Background  : Studies back pain due to pregnancy 25-90%, was estimated 50% of pregnant women experience back pain. As many as 80% of pregnant women said that back pain during pregnancy interfere with daily routines and 10% unable to work. The Alexander Technique exercises 65-72% effective in reducing back pain. Learning the Alexander technique have an impact on long-term reductions significantly to lower back pain. Research to determine the effectiveness of the Alexander Technique to the level of lower back pain in the third trimester pregnant mothers.Method : pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. Population this study the third trimester pregnant women who experience lower back pain amounting to 31 people in Selopampang public health center Temanggung district. Collecting data used a pain scale observation sheet NRS (Numerical Rating Scale). Analyze data used Wilcoxon test.Result : research showed the Z value of -3.859. It showed that the Alexander technique is effective in reducing low back pain that is felt as much as 3x with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000, which means there is a difference low back pain before and after alexander technique intervention.Conclusion : the Alexander Technique could be an alternative to reduce lower back pain in 3rd trimester of pregnancy

Abstract

Background: During menstruation, teenagers often experience pain, which is known as dysmenorrhea. In most cases, dysmenorrhea is very uncomfortable for adolescents in carrying out daily activities. So it is necessary to intervene in the form of relaxation techniques to reduce the scale of pain in the dysmenorrhoea. The relaxation technique taken is the finger grip relaxation technique. This study to determine the effect of finger hold guided imagery relaxation technique intervention to reducing primary dysmenorrheascale in adolescents. Methods: The type of this research is Quasy experimental One Group Pretest Posttest research design. The measurement instrument used is finger hold guided imagery relaxation SOP and observation sheet. a total sampling was applied with 33 respondents. Result: There is a significant effect of finger hold guided imagery relaxation technique intervention. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test with p value < 0.05. Strenghtenend by the results of z count of -5.062 and z table -1.645, z count > z table. Conclusion: Finger hold guided relaxation technique imagery is recommended for teenagers who have dysmenorrhea

Abstract

          Based on the results of the initial survey in Magelang district health center 80% of midwives do not perform in accordance with the standard practice of ante-natal this strengthens the case investigators that good antenatal screening practices should get good support, especially from leaders, friends and family midwife.The population in this study was a midwife in Magelang district some 80 people. Sample with slovin formula showed 30 respondents . Samples were obtained by proportional random sampling. The sample came from the area Temangung  results showed the majority of practicing midwives in antenatal screening in good categories 56.2%.           This research method is an explanatory research approach contingentcy crosectional coefficient. The research method used by researchers to obtain data is a questionnaire for the free variable and observational support by using the checklist for the dependent variable high risk antenatal screening practices. Based on the analysis, this study concludes that: the support of the family, especially the husband was very influential on antenatal screening by village midwife friend .Also support profession, especially in terms of information about the practice of antenatal discussion particularly high risk antenatal screening, the higher the support of family and friends profession , make    practice screening antenatal midwife  better.Proven support has significant influence on the practice of antenatal screening midwife is 60% support profession  friends with p value of 0.021 and   support   family  midwives 75%  with p value 0.027.
