Public service management is crucial for improving the quality of services received by the community and building trust in the government. The objective of the research is to determine the impact of public service management on the quality of service organizations as an evaluation of governmental services. This study uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling to determine the sample size, which is calculated to be around 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis techniques employed include simple linear regression with SPSS 22 software. The research shows that improvements in public service management significantly enhance the quality of service organizations, improving access, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
