The development of digital technology has greatly influenced teenagers, especially students who actively use social media. However, low digital literacy makes them vulnerable to hoaxes, cyberbullying, misuse of personal data, and negative online content. This community service program aimed to improve students’ digital literacy, social media ethics, and character through safe and creative social media education. The activity was conducted at SMK Insan Madani, Tangerang, Banten, on November 17, 2025, involving 30 students aged 16–18 years. The program used an educative and participatory approach through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and mentoring in creating positive digital content. The results showed that participants improved their understanding of digital safety, social media ethics, and digital footprints. Students also created educational content such as posters, short videos, and infographics. In addition, the activity helped develop students’ responsibility, creativity, and ethical awareness in using social media. Therefore, the program was effective in strengthening digital literacy and positive character among teenagers and should be continued in the future.
