This study aims to analyze how the Rad mechanism (return of remaining inheritance assets) in law can be synthesized as a release of Integral Justice through the Maqasid interpretation approach. This research begins with the dichotomy between Mathematical Justice (adherence to the distribution formula in Surah An-Nisa' [4]:11) and Moral Justice (the principle of protecting rights and maintaining kinship).
