<![CDATA[Management is a process carried out to achieve the expected goals, whether in organization, companies, or educational institutions, in practice, management includes four main aspects, they are planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluation, The application of good management will influence the optimization of the result achieved, therefore, in the field of education, educational management bacomes an important factor in efforts to improve the education quality. This study was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Alaa in Grobogan Regency, which represents at institution that has applied educational management principles in its daily operations. The research employs a field research methode with a qualitative approach and is presented in a descriptive manner.The Result reveal that Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Alaa has shown an improvement in educational quality through the consistent implementation of educational management practices. The study also indicates that pesantren management plays a significant role in influencing the quality of education. Through the effective implementation of educational management, it can contribute to the development of more qualified santri and students.]]>
