Technological advancements in finance have created significant prospects for easier access to financing, particularly for micro to medium-sized enterprises. However, the adoption rate of fintech lending by MSMEs, especially in Indonesia, is still below target. This research aims to provide an empirical contribution by testing the TAM and UTAUT models more comprehensively and to empirically examine the financial lending behavior of MSMEs in Indonesia, which can be utilized by regulators. The research model includes performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. Data was collected using a quantitative approach to MSMEs in Indonesia and empirically tested using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The research results indicate that performance expectations and perceived usefulness significantly influence attitudes as dominant determinants, reflecting the rational consideration of MSMEs regarding perceived economic benefits and business sustainability. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use does not directly influence attitudes but acts as a supporting factor that strengthens adoption by increasing perceived benefits. These findings indicate the importance of a comprehensive approach that considers functional, social, and contextual factors in driving the adoption of digital financing by MSMEs in Indonesia.
