Nonprobabilitysampling procedure was using in this research with purposive-judgmenttechniques. Primary data retrieved through a questionnaire with a closed question format.Hypothesis testing conducted using Partial Least Square with software applications2.0.M3 version SmartPLS.The results show only the cognitive factors have positively influence on intention toadopt ERP and e-billing. This finding reinforces that the development of IT adoptiontheory will lead to perceptual factors. Abstract

This research aims to examine the empirical model of social computing. Research model is developed upon the social influence factors, technology acceptance model, psycho-social wellbeing, and culture value. Research design employed online survey questionnaire. Data of 433 samples were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Results suggest that proposed model has met criteria of goodness-of-fit model and indicated that Identification and Compliant are the motivation factors of desire to involve in social network sites (SNS) and involvement in SNS predicts depression and loneliness. This research also finds that motivation of individual to involve in SNS and its impact are different among collectivist and individualist. Implications for stakeholders and further research are discussed. Keywords: social computing, social influence factors, psychosocial wellbeing, social network sites, individual culture values, and PLS.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of dispositional personality and situational cognitive factors on the intention to use the internet. Personality factors were measured by five variables openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Meanwhile, situational cognitive factors were measured by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and self-efficacy. Survey was conducted to 323 students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Bengkulu, include extension and Magister Management students programme. This research uses non-probability sampling procedure with purposive-judgment method. Primary data were gathered using closedquestion form questionnaire. Hypotheses testing were conducted using Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS version 2.0.M3. Results showed that openness to experience, perceived usefulness and self-efficacy significantly affect intention to use internet. Meanwhile, situational cognitive factors were better predictor than personality factors on the intention to use internet. This suggests that the application of information technology acceptance and adoption theory dominantly based on perceptual cognitive factors rather than personality. The current study contributes to higher education managers in terms of how to manage common problems of information system resistance. Keywords: dispositional personality, situational cognitive, Information Technology Acceptance, and Information System.

Abstract

This study examines TPC model in the context of utilization of accrual-based SIMDA Finance version 2.7 at Local Government of Indonesia. The success of SIMDA Finance development is not only determined by how the SIMDA Finance can process quality information, but also determined by its suitability to the work environment and its user duties. This study uses 2.056 of financial administrators of Local Government Department, consisting treasury admission, spending treasury, and operator. Online questionnaire distributed by snowball sampling with 24.5 percent of response rate and examined by Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. This study found that Job Characteristics and Techology Characteristics effect on Task-Techology Fit (TTF), Utilization, and Performance Impact. Theoretically, the study found that the TPC model was able to explain the context of public sector organizations, especially government agencies in Indonesia, outside of the organizational context when the TPC model was developed and developed earlier. Practically, the implications of research findings for stakeholders of SIMDA Keuangan are discussed further.

This study explores the major determinants of feedback on shopping satisfaction. This research is essential to provide empirical evidence about the factors that can ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. By surveying respondents that are users of e-commerce website services, this study uses the construct validity test using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS software application version 2.0. The results explain the visual involvement variable does not correlate with customer satisfaction and loyalty. The interactivity website variable has a strong relationship with customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, customers need service communication interactivity for service providers and merchants. This research contributes to the development of consumer experience theory and online consumer experience.
