This condition highlights the strategic role of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in fostering students’ moral character in accordance with Islamic values. This study employs a library research method by analyzing relevant literature, including books, scholarly journals, and previous research. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that Islamic Education teachers play a central role as educators, mentors, and role models in shaping students’ moral character through various strategies, such as exemplary conduct, habituation of religious practices, humanistic and contextual approaches, ethical integration of technology, dialogical learning, and continuous affective evaluation. Moral development is further strengthened through collaboration among teachers, schools, and parents.
