Project scheduling is one of the main instruments for construction project control because it provides a basis for monitoring the relationship between planned progress, actual progress, resources, and completion time. This study analyzes schedule conformity and actual performance in Facility Building Project X in Pekanbaru, identifies delay periods and causes, and reviews mitigation measures. A descriptive case-study approach was used through observation, interviews, document review, documentation, and project-data analysis. The evaluation compared planned and actual cumulative progress from week 14 to week 18 and applied Pareto analysis. The project duration was 150 calendar days. Positive deviations occurred in week 14 by 0.275%, week 17 by 0.060%, and week 18 by 0.017%, while negative deviations occurred in week 15 by 2.709% and week 16 by 1.433%. Of seven delay events, insufficient labor performance was the dominant cause at 43%, while material delays and discrepancies between work volume and the planned volume each accounted for 29%. Mitigation involved adding workers and extending working hours, but resource and material control still needs strengthening.
