<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of classroom management by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students' learning motivation at SMP Swasta Al-Ittihadiyah Medan. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of the PAI teacher and students of grade VIII who were actively involved in Islamic Education lessons. The findings show that classroom management undertaken by the PAI teacher covers four main dimensions: instructional planning, arrangement of the physical and psychological classroom environment, the use of varied and interactive teaching strategies, and the management of student behavior and discipline. These efforts have a positive impact on students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, seen through increased enthusiasm, active participation, and a sense of responsibility in following Islamic Education lessons. In addition, the provision of appreciation, positive reinforcement, and a conducive learning atmosphere are shown to strengthen students' engagement. Supporting factors include the teacher's pedagogical competence and school facilities, while inhibiting factors include the heterogeneity of students' characters and limited teaching time. In conclusion, effective classroom management by PAI teachers plays a strategic role in fostering students' learning motivation and supports the school's vision of producing a generation that excels in both knowledge and Islamic character.]]>
