General Background Teachers function as central figures within academic environments, meaning institutional quality heavily relies on their instructional capabilities and administrative proficiency. Specific Background The Surabaya City Education Office introduced a computerized administrative management platform known as the Surabaya Teacher Application System or SIAGUS. This digital platform functions to streamline online administrative requirements for educators from kindergarten through secondary levels. Knowledge Gap Despite widespread adoption since its launch, comprehensive studies examining performance assessments specifically driven by such localized digital policy applications remain absent. Aims This study investigates the implementation, assessment flow, and follow-up procedures of the application-based evaluation at Dr Soetomo School. Results Through qualitative descriptive analysis utilizing data triangulation from observations, interviews, and documentation, findings indicate that teacher performance reached a good categorization without any poor scores. Furthermore, the program serves as a highly functional tool for principals to assess teaching staff and seamlessly execute follow-up actions. Novelty This research distinctly maps the procedural integration of a region-specific computer application into institutional human resource evaluations. Implications Utilizing structured applications allows administrators to objectively allocate promotions or demotions, thereby motivating continuous professional development among teaching staff. Highlights: Descriptive qualitative analysis revealed good teacher performance without any poor assessment scores.
