<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effects of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Motivation on Employee Performance at Alila Seminyak Hotel. The sample consisted of 78 employees of Alila Seminyak Hotel. The analytical methods used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, partial and multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test using SPSS. Based on the research findings and data analysis, the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated tvalue of 3.815, which is greater than the ttable value of 1.666, with a significance level of 0.002, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. The Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated tvalue of 2.995, which is greater than the ttable value of 1.666, with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. The Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated tvalue of 7.152, which is greater than the ttable value of 1.666, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted. Simultaneously, Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated Fvalue of 68.022, which is greater than the Ftable value of 2.73, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₄ is accepted.]]>
