The Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated tvalue of 2.995, which is greater than the ttable value of 1.666, with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. The Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a calculated tvalue of 7.152, which is greater than the ttable value of 1.666, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted.
