<![CDATA[The implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) has become an important part of modern warehouse operations because it supports the management of information and material flows more systematically. However, the success of WMS implementation is not solely determined by technological sophistication, but also by employee acceptance and adaptation to the system. This study aims to explore employees’ experiences and perceptions regarding the implementation of WMS in warehouse operations at PT YCH Indonesia. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving seven informants consisting of a warehouse supervisor, warehouse administrators, warehouse operators, and logistics staff. The findings indicate that WMS implementation has transformed employees’ work experiences, particularly in terms of process speed, work certainty, data accuracy, and reduced human error. Employees also perceived operational efficiency through reduced cognitive workload, increased confidence in system data, and better connectivity between work processes. However, the implementation still faces technical barriers, limited understanding of system functions, and psychological challenges during adaptation. The study indicates that successful WMS implementation depends not only on technological capabilities but also on human resource readiness, adequate training, management support, and organizational adaptation. These findings provide insight into WMS implementation from the perspective of employees who interact directly with the system in daily warehouse operations.]]>
