Puberty is a developmental stage characterized by simultaneous physical, social, and emotional changes. During this stage, students need accurate and appropriate information to help them understand the changes they experience, maintain personal hygiene and health, develop healthy social relationships, and recognize emotional conditions that may require support. This community service program aims to provide education to students of MTs Miftahul Ulum, Blado Kulon Village, regarding physical changes, social changes, and mental health during puberty. The program was conducted with students in Grades 7, 8, and 9 through the delivery of educational materials, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and examples of situations relevant to adolescents’ daily lives. The topics covered an introduction to puberty, bodily changes, personal hygiene, peer relationships, self-confidence, bullying, body shaming, emotional management, and ways to seek support when facing problems. The results indicate that the program provided an educational space for students to understand puberty in a more open and positive manner. Students gained a better understanding of how to cope with changes in themselves and the importance of support from families, teachers, and the school environment. These findings demonstrate that adolescent health education in school settings needs to be delivered in a communicative and sustainable manner so that the knowledge gained can be applied in students’ daily lives.
