This training program aimed to enhance the competence of 70 science teachers in Cirebon Regency to implement deep learning approaches emphasizing higher-order thinking skills and contextual learning. Conducted over 3 months using training and mentoring methods with an evaluative approach using a pretest-posttest design. Results showed 92.9% retention rate with average scores increasing from 82.71 to 85.82 (+3.11 points). Significant transformation occurred: 100% elimination of low-medium category participants and increase in very high category from 47.1% to 80%. Program evaluation achieved 4.76/5.0 rating, with material relevance, concept understanding, and facilitator quality receiving highest scores. This program effectively transforms the paradigm of deep learning, which is often technology-oriented, into a more contextual and easily implementable learning approach that aligns with the Merdeka Curriculum and SDGs Goal 4. Post-training mentoring is needed to enhance teachers' confidence in independent implementation.
