This study aims to critically analyze the macro-level implementation of Sharia within the global democratization landscape, unravel the shortcomings of conventional religious approaches to the psychosocial crises of younger generations, and propose the Holistic Spiritual Qur’anic (HSQ) method as a contemporary psychospiritual solution. The core conceptual definitions of this research center on the integration of Qur'anic values, irshad guidance, lived religion, and existential mental health. Utilizing a qualitative analytical approach with a conceptual study design and critical literature synthesis, the scope of this research encompasses the political dynamics of Sharia in various Muslim-majority countries alongside the empirical implementation of the HSQ method at the Pesantren Integritas Qur’ani Bandung. The primary findings reveal that rigid Sharia interpretations and political instrumentalism at the macro level destructively impact citizens' psychological well-being; conversely, micro-level interventions via HSQ stages (re-code, re-charge, and re-cover) significantly foster spiritual resilience, reduce existential anxiety, and cultivate independent emotional regulation. The main challenge of this study lies in its localized empirical validation, which necessitates broader clinical evaluation. Practically, this method is highly recommended for widespread adaptation in Islamic educational institutions and community counseling frameworks.
