<![CDATA[Educational media in urban green open spaces play an important role as a means of environmental communication to improve public environmental awareness. However, the effectiveness of educational media in fostering environmental awareness among visitors to city parks still requires further investigation. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 visitors to Taman Kota 2 Tangerang Selatan. The results indicate that the educational media in Taman Kota 2 Tangerang Selatan have a positive and significant effect on improving visitors' environmental awareness. The educational media, which provide information on environmental conservation, waste management, and appeals to maintain cleanliness, are able to enhance visitors' understanding, strengthen their environmental beliefs, and encourage pro-environmental attitudes. The analysis also shows that educational media contribute 60.1% to the improvement of environmental awareness, while the remaining 39.9% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that educational media in public spaces can serve as an effective environmental communication tool for enhancing public environmental awareness.]]>
