<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) in education based on Jerome S. Arcaro’s framework and to formulate their practical implications for educational management. The research employed a library research method with a qualitative approach through content analysis of scientific literature, books, and relevant documents published between 2017 and 2026. The findings indicate that TQM in education is founded on five core principles: customer focus, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. These principles operate as an integrated system that supports the enhancement of educational quality. However, their implementation continues to face various cultural and structural challenges, including organizational silos, hierarchical organizational cultures, limited data utilization, weak long-term commitment, and excessive administrative burdens. To address these challenges, educational institutions need to strengthen stakeholder participation, promote data-driven decision-making, reinforce quality assurance systems, ensure consistent leadership support, and implement continuous improvement cycles. The integration of these principles contributes to the development of a quality culture and a learning organization capable of adapting to changing educational demands and environmental dynamics.]]>
