<![CDATA[Fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pandean have poor learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). This is due to a teacher-centered learning approach, the use of ineffective lecture methods, and a lack of interactive media. As a result, students become unengaged, bored, and fail to achieve the expected learning outcomes. By using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by the interactive learning tool Wordwall, this study aims to improve IPAS learning outcomes. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The 22 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pandean served as the research subjects. Data collection was conducted through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation, and both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses were used. The results of the study indicate that students are able to learn more effectively using the problem-based learning model and Wordwall as an interactive learning tool. The learning outcomes in Natural Sciences for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pandean have improved through the implementation of a problem-based learning model aided by the interactive learning tool Wordwall. Using this model, learning has become more active, interactive, and effective. The percentage of students meeting learning standards also increased from 30% in the pre-cycle to 77% in Cycle I and 90% in Cycle II.]]>
