<![CDATA[Dynamic records management plays a role in public administration because it provides information, evidence, and support for decision-making. However, the implementation of dynamic records management policy at the Transportation Agency of Banten Province still faces challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate archival facilities and infrastructure, and ineffective records retention, which affect administrative order. This study aims to analyze the implementation of dynamic records management policy in achieving orderly administration at the Transportation Agency of Banten Province and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Policy implementation was analyzed based on Merilee S. Grindle’s theory. The results indicate that the policy has been implemented through the SRIKANDI application, operating procedures, coordination among organizational units, and management commitment. Nevertheless, obstacles remain, particularly the limited number of archivists, inadequate archival facilities and infrastructure, and suboptimal records retention. The study concludes that dynamic records management contributes to orderly administration. However, improvements in human resources, facilities, infrastructure, and records management practices are needed to strengthen policy implementation and ensure sustainable administration.]]>
