This study analyzes its multiplatform broadcasting strategy, identifies supporting and inhibiting factors, and examines its effectiveness in disaster communication using Morissan’s broadcasting media management theory, Henry Jenkins’ media convergence theory, and Terry Flew’s new media theory. A qualitative approach was employed through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that the program performs its disaster communication function through information dissemination, disaster mitigation education, and collaboration with stakeholders. Its multiplatform strategy utilizes FM radio, online streaming, the RRI Digital application, and social media, but remains constrained by limited human resources, internal coordination, and digital media management. Overall, the strategy is sufficiently effective, although strengthening human resources, coordination, and digital platform optimization remains necessary.
