<![CDATA[Children’s education is a multidimensional process that takes place not only within the family and school environments but is also significantly influenced by the community as an agent of informal education. This study aims to analyze the role of the community in supporting children’s educational process, particularly in terms of education, social control, the transmission of cultural values, and its implications for the formation of children’s behavior. The method used is a literature review (library research) by examining relevant and up-to-date scientific literature. The analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns of the community’s role, as well as comparative analysis to compare findings across studies, thereby yielding a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. The results of the study indicate that society plays a strategic role in shaping children’s character and behavior through social interaction, modeling, and socio-religious activities. The social control function of society also contributes to creating a safe and conducive environment. However, this role remains suboptimal due to low levels of collective participation. Therefore, strengthening collaboration between families, schools, and society in an integrated and sustainable manner is necessary.]]>
