This research aims to find out whether Village Fund Management has been implemented effectively in improving resource development in Kauman Village, Kota Gajah District. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This research analyzes data by describing or describing the collected data as a question with the aim of making conclusions that apply to the general public and generalizing using analysis. The instruments used in this research were interviews and observations. The research results show that village fund management has been implemented quite effectively in increasing village resource development. The effectiveness of the management of the Kauman Village Fund, Kota Gajah District, Central Lampung Regency in the physical development of Kauman Village, Gajah City District, Central Lampung Regency, has been quite effective or felt directly by the community so that it can improve community welfare.
