<![CDATA[Semedo Museum, a cultural heritage site in Tegal Regency, Indonesia, still manages visitors through a semi-digital process, in which tickets are purchased on-site, visitor data are recorded through disconnected digital forms, ticket validation is performed manually, and reports are compiled manually, resulting in duplicated work, data entry errors, and delayed reporting. This study designs and develops a web-based Visitor Management Information System that integrates online and offline ticketing, QR Code-based e-Ticket issuance and validation, a real-time analytics dashboard, and automated reporting within a single platform, developed through the Waterfall method comprising requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language and Entity Relationship Diagram, implementation with the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and Black Box Testing. Requirements were obtained through literature review, observation, and interviews with museum management. Testing across 63 scenarios covering authentication, ticketing, QR Code validation, dashboard, and reporting achieved a 100 percent Pass Rate, confirming that the system's core functions operate in accordance with the defined requirements. The resulting system has the potential to help museum management process visitor data more efficiently and accurately, while offering a model that may be adapted for similar cultural tourism institutions.]]>
