Abstract

. ChatGPT is one of the growing innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of education, aiming to assist humans in finding information and completing work efficiently. However, students' lack of understanding of the positive uses and benefits of ChatGPT as a self-learning medium results in low adoption rates and underutilized learning potential. Therefore, this study aims to understand the level of acceptance and the impact that influences students in adopting ChatGPT technology so that it can provide direction and recommendations for schools to increase their self-learning awareness through the utilization of AI. The study used a quantitative approach and interviews with public high school students with the construction of the UTAUT 2 model as a framework. The population of public high school students was 3,405, probability sampling was used as the sampling method then the data was processed using SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of website performance on customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. E-commerce has become an important platform in e-commerce, and website performance has become a critical factor in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this research, the conceptual framework used includes three main constructs: website performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Website performance is measured along several dimensions, including access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality. Customer satisfaction is measured as the customer's perception of the quality of service and shopping experience on an e-commerce website. Customer loyalty is measured through repeat purchase intentions and recommendations to others. The research results show that website performance has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction in e-commerce. Website performance dimensions, such as access speed and reliability, are critical in creating customer satisfaction. Apart from that, customer satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Satisfied customers tend to have a higher intent to make repeat purchases and recommend a website to others. The practical implication of this research is the importance of improving website performance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. Business people should pay attention to aspects such as access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality in the development and maintenance of their websites. Apart from that, efforts to increase customer satisfaction must also be the main focus, because customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an era of increasingly rapid digitalization, MSMEs need to adopt e-commerce platforms to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

Abstract

Sentra Produksi IKM Garam Konsumsi di provinsi Jawa Tengah tersebar di beberapa kabupaten seperti Pati, Rembang, Brebes, Jepara dan Demak. Kabupaten Pati merupakan salah satu Kabupaten sentra produksi garam yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan garam di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (DISDAGPERIN) Kabupaten Pati menunjukan bahwa, banyaknya IKM yang perlu di data dan selama ini pemberian bantuan IKM kurang tepat sasaran dikarenakan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati kesusahan mengelola data yang akurat tentang kondisi masing-masing IKM, maka diperlukan monitoring IKM untuk membantu Dinas dalam melakukan penilaian. Tujuan monitoring IKM membantu dalam pemberian bantuan supaya tepat sasaran, oleh karena itu penulis membutuhkan sistem dengan menerapkan SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) dalam melakukan perhitungan. Abstract

: For companies across industries, the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and management information systems (MIS) offers great potential for digital transformation. This publication explains the benefits and drawbacks of integrating IoT into MIS and how this technology can improve customer experience of products and services, in-depth data analysis, operational efficiency, energy efficiency, and creativity. Implementing IoT in SIM is not without challenges, because there are issues such as data security, interoperability, infrastructure availability, advanced data management, data protection and ethics. With a clear understanding of these pros and cons, companies can take the necessary steps to take full advantage of IoT integration in MIS while maintaining operational security, data protection, and Masu requirements.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, online businesses face increasing challenges to achieve significant profits without sacrificing spending efficiency. To overcome this challenge, an optimal online marketing strategy is needed that can reach the right target market without significantly increasing operational costs. This journal discusses several online marketing strategies that are effective in increasing profits relevant to expenditure. Abstract

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

Abstract

The registration system at BLK Surakarta appears to be experiencing data redundancy which needs to be addressed through in-depth analysis. The student registration process is integrated into the system, but there are still deficiencies in data management which results in frequent data duplication or errors. This research uses Cobit 4.1 as a framework for auditing the registration system at BLK Surakarta, with a focus on the Delivery and Support subdomain (DS 10 and DS11). The main objective is to assess the maturity level of the IT processes implemented at BLK Surakarta and provide recommendations for improvement. The research results show the need for BLK Surakarta to carry out regular system performance evaluations, involving parties responsible for identifying and overcoming problems that arise, in order to ensure optimal system conditions. Evaluation in Domain 10 Delivery & Support shows a current maturity level of 3.27, while in Domain 11 Delivery & Support, the maturity level is 3.31. However, it was found that the process of managing payment data for new student registration was less than optimal due to limited tools available.

Abstract

Investment is the act of placing funds in the hope of getting additional money or profits. Basically, investing involves placing a certain amount of funds today in the hope of making a profit in the future. From this understanding, it can be concluded that stock investment is the allocation of current sources of funds with the hope of gaining profits in the future through purchasing securities in the form of shares. The aim is to obtain additional or certain profits from the funds invested in trading shares on the stock exchange.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed many aspects of life, including education. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of learning. One promising technology is Augmented Reality (AR), which offers interactive elements to clarify complex concepts. Based on conversations with a history teacher at SMK Media Informatika, the teaching methods currently used tend to be traditional. Therefore, an AR-based history learning application focusing on the Ancient Mataram Kingdom in Indonesia was developed using the ADDIE Method. This application was created using Unity 3D and the C# programming language. It serves as an interesting addition for students, aiming to increase their interest in learning. The hope is that this research will significantly contribute to the history learning process, providing innovative, effective, and enjoyable media.
