<![CDATA[Tanjung Beringin Village, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, possesses abundant natural resources, particularly coconuts. However, the community has not yet fully leveraged this potential to create profitable value-added products. This study aims to enhance community knowledge and skills in producing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through an educational and training program. The program utilized a participatory approach involving 50 local residents from Tanjung Beringin Village. The full-day initiative comprised four main sessions: (1) theoretical principles of the VCO manufacturing process, (2) practical demonstrations of VCO production using raw coconut, (3) explanation of VCO's health and industrial benefits, and (4) marketing strategies for VCO products. Results indicated a significant increase in participants' knowledge regarding coconut oil processing and its benefits. Key challenges identified included raw material quality, optimization of the oil separation process, and risk mitigation against product rancidity.
