<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the crucial role of honorary staff in supporting the implementation of education in madrasahs. However, they continue to face various challenges, including inadequate welfare, limited opportunities for professional development, and the widespread perception that the madrasah committee merely functions as a fundraising body. This study aimed to analyze the involvement of the madrasah committee in improving the performance of honorary staff, describe its role as an advisory body, and identify the forms of support provided to honorary staff at MAN 2 Barito Kuala. This research employed a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, the chairperson of the madrasah committee, and honorary staff. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the madrasah committee is actively involved through participation in school activities, communication and coordination with the school management, and supervision of programs related to honorary staff. The committee also serves as an advisory body by providing recommendations on work assignments, discipline, and job responsibilities. Furthermore, it provides financial support in the form of additional honoraria and operational assistance, as well as non-financial support through motivation and moral encouragement. Such involvement has contributed positively to improving the discipline, responsibility, and work motivation of honorary staff, thereby supporting the enhancement of educational quality in the madrasah.]]>
