This study aimed to evaluate the software quality and usability of the Integrated Administration, Operation, and Rostering System (IDROS) Mobile application at AirNav Indonesia, Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC). The application supports the operational and administrative activities of Air Traffic Controller (ATC) personnel but has not previously been evaluated empirically. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. A total of 202 responses were obtained, and after the data cleaning process, 197 valid responses were analyzed. Software quality was evaluated based on ISO/IEC 25010, focusing on Functional Suitability and Performance Efficiency, while usability was measured using SUS. The results showed that Functional Suitability achieved a score of 100%, while Performance Efficiency produced an average response time of 2.5 seconds. The usability evaluation yielded a SUS score of 87.53, classified as Acceptable, with a Grade Scale of A and an Adjective Rating of Excellent. These findings indicate that IDROS Mobile has good software quality, high usability, and effectively supports the operational and administrative activities of ATC personnel.
