Abstract

The use of a semi-manual system in SMK Negeri 1 Muara until now there are still shortcomings that are still experienced by the agency certainly affects whether or not the information generated. The occurrence of data inaccuracies is an obstacle that is still experienced by agencies, such incidents are certainly very influential on the information generated. The data that has been collected is then analyzed to find out the problem and the system that is running within the agency. The method used in conducting research is descriptive method, while the data collection methods are preliminary surveys and field surveys, namely interviews, observation, and literature study. The system analysis technique used by the writer is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling technique. The analysis technique and system design used in this study is object-oriented technique. Based on these results, the authors build information systems applications using the PHP programming language and HTML, MySQL as a database to support the availability of better information, and offer a faster presentation of reports to assist agencies in making decisions. The information system is expected to produce accurate information for the right decision making so that it can provide good service to students. Suggestions are given so that the system can run well namely the use of the system must be wise according to the existing procedures and training needed for system users. Agencies are advised to do a database backup on the system to prevent database damage that can result in loss of data that has been stored.

Abstract

Information System for Recording Incoming and Outgoing Goods (case study at La Maison), is an information system that can help companies input incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse at La Maison. The work on this system uses the Agile method where work is carried out sequentially in a linear manner. The process of recording incoming and outgoing goods, which is done by filling in the inventory form and then transferring it to Microsoft Excel, can be increased in efficiency by developing a web-based information system. So that problems such as searching for data that takes longer and incorrectly inputting the number of item data can be avoided. The results of this research are an application that can help companies input incoming goods and outgoing goods from the warehouse.

Abstract

A Pondok Jimbaran  restaurant is a business in the culinary field where the sales information system is still run manually. As in the case of data collection, ordering and making reports, everything is written in a small book and stored in a ledger. The purpose of this research is to design an application that can simplify everything related to restaurant sales. The research method used is a survey method which is included in the quantitative research method that uses data collection techniques by conducting interviews and using the waterfall method as system development steps. The result of this research is an application of a computerized sales information system to make it easier for workers to carry out their work.

Abstract

Vocational High School of Gajah Tunggal Metro City is one of the schools located in Metro that utilizes social media and websites in sharing information. Nevertheless, the results of an interview with a teacher at Vocational High School of Gajah Tunggal Metro City, Mr. Andre Rusdiono A.Md as the head of the Computer Network Engineering department stated that the information provided on the website was incomplete and not up-to-date. Information such as new student registration was shared through Instagram and Facebook as well as announcements for new student admissions were still shared by posting them on the bulletin board. In this case, the researcher designed a website-based information system using Laravel framework with a development method, namely SDLC (System Development Lift Cycle) and a testing technique, namely the Black Box Testing technique. This development was conducted to aid staff in managing school data and reaching wider community in school promotion activities.

Abstract

Technological developments mean that from time to time technology continues to develop in a more sophisticated direction. This development is based on human innovation and creativity, especially in the business field, many sales have been made on-line, this  Papa dan Mama Pastries Bakery has not yet developed on-line sales, online developments or online stores through internet media have mushroomed in Indonesia, even already very well known by the general public. The number of various conveniences in shopping and the various types of products and services offered, make Indonesian people make online shops as one of the new "shopping places" besides shopping centers. this makes many online shop sellers competing to offer their products in various ways to attract consumers to shop, they take advantage of the situation where online shopping is currently in demand by the Indonesian people until now. The analysis of the old system at the Papa dan Mama Pastries  Bakery is still manual by using a manual counting machine with a receipt system so that sales and purchases of stock items are re-corrected and recorded only on that day how many breads were sold, how many purchases and stock sales. To find out the availability of information products, with the Web-Based Papa dan Mama Pastries Bakery Sales Information System, it can facilitate the promotion process which has been conventional in nature. can use the application in accordance with accurate and good commands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the distribution of productive zakat on poverty alleviation mustahik in Baznaz, Tanah Datar District. Using Quantitative Research with a research analysis tool, namely Simple Linear Regression (RLS). Where the population and sample in this study used the saturated sample method of 57 mustahik. The research data uses a questionnaire with a Likert Scale and uses a Hypothesis Test (partial test - t test), test the coefficient of determination (R-Square). The results of this study explain that the distribution of productive zakat partially has a significant effect indicated by the sig value < alpha value (0.00 < 0.05). Then the distribution of productive zakat has a big influence in alleviating the poverty of mustahik, namely by 79.3 percent, this is because the Baznaz institution of Tanah Datar Regency has distributed productive zakat fairly based on old economic principles. while the remaining 20.7 percent poverty alleviation mustahik is influenced by other variables not examined in this article such as the variable of public awareness in paying zakat, collaboration with stakeholders and fundraising by amil zakat institutions.

Abstract

In Islam, intention and motivation have an important role in assessing the quality of a charity. Even the acceptance or rejection of one's good deeds in the sight of Allah SWT is largely determined by his intentions and motivation. Learning activities (at-ta'allum) are part of the good deeds that are obligatory for every Muslim in order to acquire knowledge (al-'ilm) and knowledge (al-ma'rifah). Because of the importance of learning activities, one's intentions and motivation in learning and seeking knowledge get special attention in Islam, especially those conveyed through the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. This paper intends to describe the concept of learning motivation according to the hadiths of the Prophet SAW and analyze it with the theories of experts on learning motivation and will try to formulate the meaning of learning from an Islamic perspective, examine learning theories from a psychological and Islamic perspective, and find equivalent learning theories. in the Al-Quran and Hadith. From the results of the research conducted by the authors, it was concluded that the two hadiths have hadith status as shahih li ghairi or hasan-shahih, so that both of them can be used as a basis for studying motivation in the As-Sunnah perspective. Learning motivation according to the hadiths can be divided into two types, namely: spiritual motivation and worldly motivation. These two types of motivation can stand alone or contradict each other and can also be positively correlated or merge into mundane-ukhrawi motivations.

Abstract

Father involvement in parenting is more than just having positive interactions with their children, but also paying attention to the child's development. Parenting with these characteristics involves the ability to understand the child's condition and needs, the ability to choose the most appropriate response both affectively, cognitively, and emotionally. Busy working wives demand fathers to look after and care for their children. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the form of parenting that is carried out by fathers towards adolescent children in the family. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, namely a method that describes the conditions that occur in the field in the form of words or not in the form of numbers. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, fathers and adolescent children, as well as supporting informants, namely mothers and aunts in this family. The results obtained from research through interviews and observations obtained an overview of the supervision carried out by the father, namely the father gave too much freedom to the child without certain norms that had to be followed, paid little attention to disciplinary factors and prioritized the will of the child, the child was free to choose in terms of what they want, children are free to act as they wish. Fathers in this case tend to give more freedom to children both in sosializing and behaving without strict supervision, allowing their children to make mistakes, and keeping children away from coercion, obligation, punishment and being reluctant to correct children's behavior deviations.

Abstract

This study entitled the value of taroman in the Motaulun community, West Malacca District, Malacca Regency. The problems discussed in this study are who and how to carry out the taroman in the Motaulun community, what objects or tools are needed in carrying out the taroman ceremony and what values ​​are contained in the taroman ceremony? The results showed that the master of the garden performed the Taroman ceremony and the objects or tools used were wooden poles stuck in the middle of the garden, flat stones used as offering tables, betel and areca nut and green young coconuts. The value contained in the taroman activity is that the teligius value is a prayer of thanksgiving and a prayer of supplication.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty at UD. Mekar Jaya Buah, a fruit trading company in Tangerang City. As business competition is getting tougher, a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty is essential to develop effective marketing strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which was conducted for two months, from June to July 2023. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature. The results revealed that product quality and customer service are the main factors that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Consumers value high-quality products and positive interactions with service staff. Prices that match the value of the product also contribute to consumer satisfaction. Other factors include ease of access, shopping convenience, and feelings of attachment to the brand. The implication of this research is the need for UD. Mekar Jaya Buah to continuously improve the quality of products and services, and consider the right pricing strategy. A better understanding of consumer preferences and expectations will help companies design more careful marketing strategies. In addition, this research also contributes to further understanding of the dynamics of consumer behavior in the context of the fruit trading industry.
