<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of applying liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) derived from agricultural waste and chicken manure on the growth and production of watermelon plants. The study employed a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor was the chicken manure dosage (M), consisting of four treatment levels: M0 = 0 g/polybag (control), M1 = 500 g/polybag, M2 = 1,000 g/polybag, and M3 = 1,500 g/polybag. The second factor was the concentration of agricultural waste-based liquid organic fertilizer (P), consisting of four levels: P0 = 0 ml/L water (control), P1 = 200 ml/L water, P2 = 250 ml/L water, and P3 = 300 ml/L water. Observed parameters included plant length, flowering age, number of fruits per sample, fruit length, fruit weight per sample, and fruit weight per plot. The results indicated that the application of chicken manure and agricultural waste-based LOF influenced several growth and production parameters of the watermelon plants. The best treatment combination was the application of chicken manure at a dosage of 1,500 g/plot and agricultural waste-based LOF at a concentration of 300 ml/plot, which enhanced plant growth and yield. However, the interaction between the two treatments did not show a significant effect on all observed parameters.]]>
