<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of work-life balance and the work environment on employee loyalty. This research was conducted at Isola Villas Seseh Mengwi, Bali. The sample used consisted of 33 respondents who are employees of Isola Villas Seseh Mengwi Bali. The data analysis techniques used include the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient test, F test, and t test. From the research results, it can be seen that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, with a t-value of 3.225 > t-table 1.697 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, with a t-value of 2.832 > t-table 1.666 and a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. Additionally, simultaneously, work-life balance and the work environment have a significant effect on employee loyalty, with an F-value of 44.971 > F-table 3.32 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The recommendation that can be given by the researcher is that Isola Villas Seseh Mengwi Bali is expected to always supervise employees while working, provide working hours according to the established rules, and evaluate the working environment conditions.]]>
