<![CDATA[Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common reproductive health problems experienced by adolescent girls and can interfere with daily activities and learning processes. Adequate knowledge regarding dysmenorrhea is believed to influence adolescents' ability to manage menstrual pain appropriately. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea management among tenth-grade female students at SMKN 1 Paku, Central Kalimantan. This study employed a quantitative analytic observational design using a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all tenth-grade female students who had experienced menstruation. A total sampling technique was used, resulting in 66 respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses. The bivariate analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 95% (α=0.05). The results showed that most respondents had good knowledge regarding dysmenorrhea (68.2%) and practiced appropriate dysmenorrhea management (63.6%). The Chi-Square test indicated a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and dysmenorrhea management (p-value=0.000). The study concludes that better knowledge is associated with more appropriate dysmenorrhea management among adolescent girls. Therefore, reproductive health education should be strengthened to improve adolescents' understanding and management of menstrual pain.]]>
