This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of: (1) Workload on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Yogyakarta, (2) Work Stress on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Yogyakarta, (3) Work Motivation on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Yogyakarta, and (4) Workload, Work Stress, and Work Motivation on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Yogyakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study consists of 139 Generation Z employees in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. Prerequisite tests include validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. Data analysis techniques consist of multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test, with the assistance of SPSS 20 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Workload (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a t-value of 4.908 > t-table 1.656 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work stress (X2) has a negative but insignificant effect on employee productivity, with a t-value of -0.715 < t-table 1.656 and a significance of 0.476 > 0.05. (3) Work motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a t-value of 8.774 > t-table 1.656 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (4) Simultaneously, the variables of workload, work stress, and work motivation have a significant effect on productivity, as indicated by an F-value of 86.169 > F-table 2.67 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
