Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of public sector organizations, particularly in personnel management. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency of South Tangerang City. A quantitative associative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that the three independent variables competence, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings provide important implications for management in designing employee development policies and strategies aimed at enhancing overall organizational performance in a sustainable manner.
