This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance, as well as to examine the mediating roles of work motivation and organizational commitment at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BPVP) Kendari. The research respondents comprised all Civil Servants (ASN) assigned to BPVP Kendari in 2025, totaling 71 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. In contrast, although work motivation shows a positive direction of influence, it does not have a significant effect on employee performance and does not mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance.
