Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan deskripsi tentang factor-faktor kekalahan calon legislatif incumbent pada pemilu kabupaten Muna tahun 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskripsi analisis. serta pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis adalah teknis analisis data kualitatif yaitu dengan cara mencari dan menyusun secara sistematis data hasil reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan dan kemudian memilih mana yang penting dan perlu dipelajari serta membuat kesimpulan yang mudah dipahami.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor kekalahan calon legislatif incumbent pada pemilu kabupaten muna tahun 2019. Dari sekian banyak calon incumbent yang ada di kabupaten muna hanya 9 orang yang berhasil melanjutkan periode selanjutnya.dari hasil penelitian ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi calon incumbent tidak terpilih kembali yaitu akibat kepuasan masyarakat yang rendah terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan dan Program Kerja serta pelayanan dasar public, dan popularitas dan ketokoan calon yang menurun sehingga menjadi penyebab kekalahan incumbent. Kata Kunci:Calon Legislatif Incumbent,Faktor Kegagalan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality control of bread in Roti Rizky kendari with the Statistical Quality Control approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained by conducting direct observations of various processes carried out starting from the raw material to the final product. The analytical method used is Statistical Quality Control with four approaches namely inspection sheet, control chart, pareto diagram, and causal diagram.The results of this study indicate that the quality control carried out on bread production in Roti Rizky Kendari's business is still not effective, because there are still products that exceed the tolerance limit set by Roti Rizky which is 5% and from the results of the research the type of disability that occurs is gross defects of 271 packets or 1.74%, charred/charred defects of 382 packets or 2.45%, and outgoing defects of 459 packets or 2.94% and total defects totaling 1,112 or 7.13. From the calculation of the overall Control Chart the number of defective breads in November 2018 is not outside the upper control limit (UCL) as well as for those at the lower control limit (LCL). From the Pareto diagram analysis the most dominant type of disability occurs because the contents come out which is as much as 459 or 41.28%. The results of the causal diagram research are the factors that are the main causes of disability caused by human factors, machines and methods.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance, as well as the mediating role of motivation and job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Konawe Regency. The study involved 186 employees as the research population, and data were analyzed using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted by SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results further indicate that both work motivation and job satisfaction significantly mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. These findings highlight that improving employee performance requires not only strong work discipline but also enhanced motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation and job satisfaction on additional employee income (TPP) and employee performance, as well as to examine the mediating role of TPP at the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. A quantitative research approach was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analyzed through SmartPLS 4 software. The sample consisted of 87 employees selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The findings indicate that work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on additional employee income. Furthermore, both work motivation and job satisfaction also significantly influence employee performance. However, additional employee income does not have a direct effect on employee performance and does not mediate the relationship between work motivation or job satisfaction and employee performance. These results suggest that the implementation of TPP remains predominantly administrative and structurally based, limiting its effectiveness as a performance-based incentive mechanism within public sector organizations.
