Abstract. Air transportation has an important role in supporting a country’s economy by maintaining high standards of service and safety. The unit Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport has a crucial task in maintaining flight safety. This research aim to optimize watchroom operational performance through website-based daily logbook digitization, thereby improving the efficiency of recording and reporting activities. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach. The results showed that the designed digital system is very feasible to use and is able to increase the speed, accuracy, and security of ARFF watchroom operational data. Material and IT expert validation provided recommendations for further feature development to support a more optimal work safety system.
