C, but only to the extent that while other parts of the mango thrown away and become waste, such as leaves of mango. Mango leaves nutritional contributions to health, such as flavonoids, phenols, tannins, terpenoids and quinones can function as an anti-inflammatory. The use of anti-inflammatory commonly seen in the treatment of burns, but this time using synthetic burn treatment have harmful side effects that need their anti-inflammatory drugs naturally burns to reduce side effects. The research aimed to find out how mango leaves can be used as anti-inflammatory healing of second-degree burns, as well as the effectiveness of mango leaves as an anti- inflammatory against second-degree burns. This type of research is true experimental research with a post test experimental and control groups. The study was conducted over three months held at the Laboratory of Biology, University of Makassar. Data analysis technique in this research is the analysis of quantitative data. The results achieved are obtained extracts of mango leaves and phytochemical screening test found their secondary metabolites that can be used as an anti-inflammatory. Test the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory and closing degree burns successful visits of the treated mice had no significant difference with the results of the positive control.
