The research design used in this study is Cross sectional study is a research design that is intended to identify variables in nutritional content and nutritional intake santri and nutritional status santri at the same time. The variables in this study consisted of the content of nutrients, the intake of nutrients santri and the nutritional status of santri. Data collection is done by taking primary and secondary data, primary data includes the content and intake of nutrients (type and level of consumption) and nutritional status by anthropometric means. The study sample was selected at random sampling, The sample size is 34 people. Based on the results of research, it can be known that the value of the content and intake of macro and micronutrients in MA. Sultan Hasanuddin generally did not meet the standard needs of AKG. As for the results of the nutritional status analysis based on body mass index (BMI) santri MA.
