This research was conducted to analyze literature related to the development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) to improve students' science process skills. The objectives of this study include: 1) knowing Student Worksheets that can measure students' science process skills; 2) find out the material and educational level examined in the Student Worksheet to improve students' science process skills. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for researchers to obtain proper literature to be analyzed related to the title of the research that will be carried out by researchers. The method of this research is using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which is a method that consists of 4 steps including Identification, Screening, Eligibility and Included. The results of this study are obtained as many as 6 literature that is feasible to be analyzed. The results of the analysis of this article include; 1) There are several kinds of science worksheets that can measure science process skills, including Guided Inquiry, Learning Cycle 7E, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), Nature of Science, Discovery Learning and Guided Inquiry. 2) The material that is widely used in the development of science worksheets to improve students' science process skills is Environmental Pollution by 49%. For this reason, the researcher recommends that there are six methods that can be used to improve skills and direct activities in the field during the learning process.
